Rick Martinez is a Great Listener!! Upon being greeted by Rick Martinez, and speaking a few words, Rick asked what was I looking for. I replied a truck, and gave some details. After being showed a selection of trucks by Rick, I chose a truck to test drive. Rick Martinez, was very sincere in asking if I was comfortable in driving the truck and all in all what I thought of it!! My reply was- it was a little too big, a little uncomfortable in handling it. After walking around viewing other vehicles, I decided to go in another direction, I informed Rick of changing from trucks to possible SUV's Rick Martinez showed Much Kndness and Patience in answering all of my questions and even my repeated questions!! After test driving an SUV, Rick asked of my thoughts, my response was - Okay I am getting a little closer in comfort.
