If you want to get a deal done, Rick Martinez is your man. He was quick to respond to phone calls and text messages. The negotiations happened over the phone and my husband and I ultimately flew up to Oakland to close the deal and get the keys to our new car. Rick Martinez was quite knowledgable about cars 🚗 in general and helped me understand the package I was getting. The dealership picked us up from the airport and we were in and out within 2 hours - all documents verified and signed. Ramin, the sales manager as well as the finance manager were great to work with. I’m not always the easiest to deal with as I know what and want to cut the xx but all the guys had patience with me and respect.
