I would’ve scored higher however there is a lack of follow through. My address was off by one digit and was told someone from Accounting would reach out to get corrected and this still hasn’t happened follow through. I can’t say enough good things about this place. 5 star service all around, and I’ve bought enough new cars to know a good experience from someone who is just trying to make the sale. The way they took care of my family and my needs through the whole process was exceptional. Starting with my salesman Jordan Printz, who responded to everything that I asked with a want to help, and a no nonsense, straightforward approach toward the options that would benefit me, versus the unnecessary. He ran me 4 quotes on different trucks without me ever feeling like it was a hassle. Two young kids waiting at home, and the sale was after hours, never made me feel like I was being rushed. Thank you Jordan. Marco Valenti, the finance manager….cant say enough good things about this man, he’s handled all my purchases through Toyota of Scranton for it feels like almost a decade. He knows me by name and remembers when I fibbed about “not trading this car in for awhile”. He’s exceptional at what he does, seemless paperwork as always, and a great personality. Looking forward to dealing with him on the next go ‘round. And yet another member of the team that needs recognition, Richard LaRussa, the Finance Director. You could not ask for a nicer human being. From helping me add protections for my new truck, to providing meals for dinner for my family of four, just because he knew we were there for awhile and wanted to make supper easy on us and that the kids bellies were full. I’m writing this long review because I hope it falls into the right hands at Toyota of Scranton…and just to add a little story that deserves accreditation…I had my last vehicle serviced at Toyota recently and was dropped off to pick it up after hours, where the key was never left in it. It was a touch past 8:00 PM. the only person in the building working was Richard. I knocked on the glass window to ask if maybe he could see if the key was left inside. He brought me inside, helped me look for well over an hour, calling multiple people, trying to help any way he could. I told him it wasn’t a big deal, I’d have my wife come with the other key. He offered me a drink and an apology which wasn’t even necessary since he was doing me such a great service. She picked me up and we went home. 8:00 AM next morning there was a porter with my key at my front door… I live roughly 28 miles away! Rich took care of everything, and they even sent a $50 gift card in the mail to cover my wife’s fuel. Tell me what other dealership has done that for you. These gentlemen are class acts, and worth their weight in gold. Moral of this novel….use them for your vehicle purchases, you won’t be disappointed. More
