I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

Replacement of Rusty Door! My ford flex is 7 yrs. old with 53,000 miles. The drivers side door had been repaired twice while under warranty and now was again rusting! When the My ford flex is 7 yrs. old with 53,000 miles. The drivers side door had been repaired twice while under warranty and now was again rusting! When the door was sanded down to the metal, there were 3 holes,..I was told it had to be replaced. Mr. Klaben was very gracious and understanding and I was only required to pay a minimal charge for the replacement. I am completely satisfied with all of the staff and service given! I highly recommend Klaben Ford and expect to purchase from them again! More

New car every year My wife and I have been buying a new car every year for over 25 years, but we had never been to Klaben Ford.
