I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

Doug is able to give great suggestions, but still let the buyer be the main voice in the process. He's warm, friendly, and kind. I was also able to work with Christine Klaben this most recent visit and she was extremely helpful, efficient, accurate, and friendly. Richard Klaben has cultivated a wonderful environment for an experience that many people believe to be overwhelming or high-pressured. I highly recommend getting to know and working with these great people! More

My bad day... that got better I had a service appointment on Monday the night before my phone decided to die. I gaff phone calls too make and stuff on the internet to look up. I got to the service center and Kyle checked me in, to my surprise the waiting area had everything I lacked... phone and internet.. my day went from bad to better. The service that was done on my car was phenomenal. It didn't take long and everyone was super amazing. More

Amended review I have given them this rating because they cheated me out of $399. Added their Loyalty Link to my bill without telling me. He was sincere in his apology, and refunded my money. I have no complaints. He stood up and made things right. That's all one could ask. More

More than a Dealer!!! At Klaben Ford you are more than a customer...you are family. They make sure you are comfortable with your deal and that you are more than a number t At Klaben Ford you are more than a customer...you are family. They make sure you are comfortable with your deal and that you are more than a number to them but family. I have never been pressured into a deal or rushed to make a decision. They take time to allow you to process the purchase and look for the deal that is best for you. I think that is why Klaben is so successful because they realise that they could sell a few cars to some people for a while but to get them back they have to feel comfortable and the deal worked in their lives. Thank you Rich and thank you Mike for always making it an easy decision where to make my car purchases. You are more than a dealer to me...you are family!!!! More

Chris did all of the financial research before I even arrived. He also pulled multiple keys before I arrived knew what I wanted and did not want and did not waste my time.
