Purchased new M5 and traded prior M5 I had an outstanding experience working with Paul Kolleck, Mark Harless, Susan Ward, and Ric Koresky in purchasing my 2018 BMW M5 and trading my 2013 I had an outstanding experience working with Paul Kolleck, Mark Harless, Susan Ward, and Ric Koresky in purchasing my 2018 BMW M5 and trading my 2013 M5, even though I live out of state. Each provided truly exceptional customer service every step of the way. I am very particular about car options and ask a lot of questions. My first contact was with Paul, who answered all of my questions about the car and provided new information I did not know, despite my research. He helped me obtain manufacturer discounts on the purchase, was extremely friendly and wanted to earn my business. Mark helped with my trade, negotiated and worked with me to make it happen and gave me a fair and reasonable offer. Susan then explained every option on the car, many of which were new to me, demonstrated its features and answered my questions. Conor walked me through all of the paperwork, explained all options, and worked with me in making the best choices for my new car. Finally, Ric met with me and made sure I was completely satisfied and happy with all aspects of my experience with the dealership and even gave me a very nice gift. I found everyone at The BMW Store to be friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I could not be more pleased with my experience and highly recommend them. More

Lease to Own Drove my i3 for 2 yrs. on a lease and liked it so much I decided to buy it. Ric Koresky (a fellow i3 driver) was great to work with on the lease and handed me off to Paul Kolleck in the CPO department to discuss my options to purchase the vehicle. It would have been easy for Paul to stick to the script and move me along, but he did not do that. He took a sincere interest in my needs and got me to a place where purchase made sense. He even followed up on the few odd things about getting an electric car to CPO. Could not be happier with my experience at BMW Store. I will buy again when the need arises. More

Katelynn was my initial contact and was tremendously helpful throughout the process, and a pleasure to work with. Paul is friendly and enthusiastic and we luckily we were able to come to a deal quickly as I was crunched for time. My interactions with Susan, Conor, and Ric were brief but they were very courteous and definitely contributed towards an all-around positive experience. Would definitely recommend doing business here. More
