The discussion and sales process with Paul was very transparent, without pressure and I found Paul very helpful. Everything was pleasant and efficient with all my questions before, during and after the sale quickly answered. Even picking up the vehicle was handled really well, I dint need to "wait" around at all. I had an excellent introduction to the features on the new car by Susan.
