It has been many years since we had a Kia, and we thought on a whim, let's get rid of our big old gas-guzzling minivan and see what Kia has. We returned to Smithtown because we had a great experience last ti on a whim, let's get rid of our big old gas-guzzling minivan and see what Kia has. We returned to Smithtown because we had a great experience last time - it isn't even the dealer closest to us. We had no urgency to buy, and made that clear to Ray Nassar, our sales expert. At no time did he make us feel like we were wasting his time, he was happy to let us test a hybrid. We didn't find it the most comfortable, and it turned out to be out of our price range, even after Ray tried his best to get the numbers down and our old trade-in up. Then he asked if we had ever driven a Soul. Our last Kia had been a soul, so we thought, what the heck, it's not what we came for but it couldn't hurt, and because Ray did not put on any pressure, we gave it a whirl. Well you can guess the end of the story - we took it! Two days later we were in a new vehicle that we love. Even signing all of the paperwork with Jeff in financing was a pleasurable experience. The whole team was friendly and accommodating all the way. Next time we decide to buy, we'll be back! More

My son and I visited a few dealerships before we went to Kia and non of them actually right until we went to Kia at Smithtown and we got introduced to Ray Nassar. He asks us a few questions and find us the Kia and non of them actually right until we went to Kia at Smithtown and we got introduced to Ray Nassar. The entire process was quick and painless. After Carvana flaked out on us one too many times, we found ourselves in the market for a car again, but desperately needing it immediately.
