I am very much regretting making a switch from my previous Kia dealer over to Smithtown Kia. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my many years of car buying. Basically once previous Kia dealer over to Smithtown Kia. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my many years of car buying. Basically once you purchase a vehicle, they could care less about you. I have a very serious problem where now 6 weeks later, they never terminated my prior lease and never had it inspected. Kia finance tells me I'm still responsible for a car I don't even have in my possession for over a month and a half and are even still taking payments for it. When I called the dealer to try and get this resolved, I have been ignored and treated like garbage. I've called 3 times trying to get a manager and they keep telling me nobody is available to help, and I never get a call back. Not to mention the receptionist that answers the phone is rude and does nothing to help you find a person to talk to. STAY AWAY from this dealer if you don't want to be treated like crap. Once they have your money, you are just an afterthought. I'll be sure to make sure this is the last time I or multiple other members of my family who have cars through this dealer, NEVER return for another purchase. More
