I took my vehicle in on a Thursday with an appointment. I did not receive a phone call to let me know status of vehicle. I called them Monday multiple times and left message without a return call. Called I did not receive a phone call to let me know status of vehicle. I called them Monday multiple times and left message without a return call. Called again then could not get a status on vehicle. Went to pick up vehicle with no resolution. Stated that module is on back order that they order, that may or may not fix my problem. I was told I will be called on Monday 2nd of December with status of parts. Today is Tuesday 3rd.of December 1610 hrs with no courtesy phone call with status on parts. More

I was told the issue with the start/stop system was resolved by replacing the auxiliary battery but it’s still not fixed.. also the oil change sticker wasn’t changed which makes me wonder if the oil wa resolved by replacing the auxiliary battery but it’s still not fixed.. also the oil change sticker wasn’t changed which makes me wonder if the oil was really changed. And I’m waiting on a back ordered part for warranty work to fix my seat side cover, but that’s certainly has nothing to do with dealership or service center.. Raz is very professional did a great job and kept me informed. I’m just waiting for the back ordered part before retuning to get it replaced and to have the start/stop system looked at again. More
