The day I arrived, I was greeted well, given time to unwind, and shown the vehicle in very clean condition despite the snowy weather. He had prepped well for my arrival. What really impressed me was there was no pushy or rushed sales tactics. Ralph is very pleasant and genuine person who I would not hesitate to use again. He is a star salesman. In fact I was told the vehicle could be returned if I did not like it after taking it home. No other dealer offered that. The vehicle met my expectations and it's a keeper. Umm very satisfied with the pricing, warranty, detailing, and information given with the vehicle. Books Collins is a super nice finance manager that made sure the numbers and customer transaction needs were met. He made the closing process simple and easy, provided options, but never pushed them. Overall I felt this was a very honest and easy dealership experience. I can recommend them strongly. I normally don't buy from dealers as in my home area which is out of state it is a really bad experience. More

Their historic focus on customer service is notable in several aspects vs. other BMW dealerships (there are four within 50 mile radius).
