Robby was wonderful throughout the whole process. Unassuming, no pressure. Very knowledgeable. I initially went in for a Chevy Traverse, but it didn't have enough of storage/cargo space. I curr Unassuming, no pressure. Very knowledgeable. I initially went in for a Chevy Traverse, but it didn't have enough of storage/cargo space. I currently own GMC Yukon XL and liked the space, but not necessarily the height. During my second visit to Colonial-West, Robby mentioned a dealer vehicle that might be available. Needless to say it had everything I wanted including the tow package. I also managed to get a great deal and also use the GM Rewards and Costco Auto Program benefit to defray some expanse. I hope to visit them in the future for service and will review at that time. All in all, great experience-no pressure, knowledgeable staff. Would recommend Robby and Colonial - West to everyone looking. More

I originally went to colonial West Chevrolet for parts n service. Outstanding staff there so I purchased a new 2025 Silverado there. The general sales manager Geno Neagle was friendly,easy to work with,no p service. Outstanding staff there so I purchased a new 2025 Silverado there. The general sales manager Geno Neagle was friendly,easy to work with,no pressure. And very accommodating and understanding. He gave me a great trade in price towards my new Silverado. There was a minor incident involving a tire m rim before I traded my used Silverado in and he fixed everything. No questions asked. The customer service level here is so great I came 4.5 hours from Western Maine to purchase here. They call Geno Neagle " The Car Guy" . I call him the "Truck Guy". Keep up the outstanding work that you do. More
