Me and my husband decided to buy a car each on the same day and my husband was given a rate of 6.7apr and by the time they got our paperwork ready it was almost 9pm. They were in a rush to leave and went day and my husband was given a rate of 6.7apr and by the time they got our paperwork ready it was almost 9pm. They were in a rush to leave and went through paperwork fast, we trusted them and signed away. The next day when we reviewed the documents that were emailed to my husband we found out they financed it with an 8.0apr. We went the next day and they claimed they never faced that rate and offered to check a new rate through my husbands bank. They asked us to wait and after about 10-15 minutes waiting he comes and tells us..”yeah so just check with your bank” I said well I though you were checking in that while we waited and then he says well it’s still processing so we can’t do anything today. Once you have signed they don’t seem to care about anything anymore. Very disappointed More
