They made me feel comfortable during the entire process of shopping around. If I ever had any questions or needed anything additional, everyone was eager to assist and go the extra mile. Philip Milewski was absolutely incredible, he immediately showed me the perfect vehicle after listening closely to what I needed and was looking for, in fact, I purchased the first vehicle he showed me! He answered every question I had and ensure my vehicle was detailed to perfection before driving off the lot. Philip was personable, prompt and knowledgeable about all types of vehicles on the lot. He also took the time to help me find and purchase the best add-ons for my vehicle in consideration of my outdoorsy lifestyle. I want to also add, I watched the detailing crew work on my vehicle for over an hour and needless to say, they were incredible and missed no spots. I had a great experience with Phil, my salesman. He was very knowledgeable about everything, pleasant, and made us feel comfortable. He is not a xxxxxxxxxxx; he will do what he promised to do. Before we purchased it, there were some scratches on the passenger doors. They painted it fresh and gave the car a deep clean, ensuring customer satisfaction. Phil also helped me set up the BMW app on my iPhone and explained every function of it in detail. The other workers were nice, too. However, I highly recommend you ask Phil to help you.
