Communication around my recall service was extremely poor. I was not told that the required part was unavailable or could not be ordered until after my vehicle was already taken apart, leaving me unexpe poor. The service advisor I initially worked with was also aggressive and unprofessional. He accused me of swearing at him when I did not, raised his voice on the phone, and later stood uncomfortably close and continued to loom over me even after I asked to work with someone else and requested space. As a woman, this behavior felt intimidating and inappropriate. More

Once again, Heiser and staff continue to go above and beyond for us. This is the second new vehicle that we leased from Heiser in the last month. We have purchased and leased many vehicles over the years beyond for us. This is the second new vehicle that we leased from Heiser in the last month. We have purchased and leased many vehicles over the years. When we walk in the door we are recognized by the staff and are welcomed as part of the Heiser family. Everyone from Roger, Jakub, James, Shahat, Toyota Tom, and the new general manager, Gary Jaros, are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. They have gone above and beyond what you would normally expect from a car dealer. In fact, we never consider going to any other car dealership--only Heiser! More

Everyone, including Peter, was so nice, personable, and accommodating. I appreciate that every time I come in! The reason I'm giving a 4 and not a 5 is because Peter skipped/forgot to go over the 3rd page accommodating. I appreciate that every time I come in! The reason I'm giving a 4 and not a 5 is because Peter skipped/forgot to go over the 3rd page of the packet with me, which listed the recommendation that I replace the filters, and that there was some sort of error code with my brakes. The texted video (which I didn't see while I was there because I was working on other things) was virtually impossible to understand due to the sound quality. It is such a great idea, but the kinks need to be worked out. It also would have been helpful to see what they were talking about regarding my brakes. More
