Lack of follow up on services/approvals. I had to be the one calling for updates after the dates they said they would call me. I also had to be the one calling the vendor to check on approva I had to be the one calling for updates after the dates they said they would call me. I also had to be the one calling the vendor to check on approval and I think that has to be the representatives job as well. More
