Dream Team Subaru in Baldwin is the best I am so impressed with Annie in customer service. She made me feel like she truly wanted to help me. Today was my best experience to date. My car was pulled in back right away and within 30 we had a diagnosis and agreed to a plan. Best of all got my car back in about 3.5 hours. Dean Team and Paul in their service dept. have always been extremely responsive to our needs. I know they are very backlogged on service openings. An ‘airbag’ warning light popped up on the dash of our Atlas yesterday and, due to a long trip planned for tomorrow, had her uneasy. She went to Dean Team this morning but the earliest service appt. was almost a month away.seeing how bothered she was, I took the vehicle down this afternoon, explained too Paul th situation. Paul, as he had always done, got it in immediately despite the tight shop schedule. They diagnosed the problem and upgraded the programming. Problem solved!!! Thank you again, Paul and the Dean Team Service Dept.! More
