A tip of the hat to the Techs who deliver on the maintenance. Bob Suranovich wrote the book on directing a top shelf service dept. Whoever your service advisor is rest assured if they are on Bob's Team, they top shelf at what they do. While we were waiting for the service to be completed Paul C introduced us to Marilyn Santos in Sales and we were able to discuss business for a new 2024 Vehicle. Marilyn is a GEM, incredible easy-going style that makes you feel like part of her family. Very organized and a great listener. Multiple Visits - June 2023 The service and parts department have been very helpful so far. I've only been a Mazda owner since February of 2023 and so this was my first visit to the service departmen department have been very helpful so far. I've only been a Mazda owner since February of 2023 and so this was my first visit to the service department after previously dealing with Lexus service. The team here are polite and straightforward. I didn't feel pressured into services that I did not need, although they were presented as options to approve via my phone. I had some warranty related service that needed to be done on my certified pre-owned Mazda CX-5 and they completed all of them without hesitation or argument, which is appreciated as opposed to previous vehicle service situations in the past with other vehicles and dealerships. Overall, I'd say that I will return here for future service, especially while I am still under Mazda warranty on this vehicle. More
