Had a bad experience with service, Paul service advisor took care of the issue expeditiously and made me honestly feel like he gave his very best and appreciate him. This was the first time I have ever had a wonderful experience at a car dealership. The staff is AMAZING! They listened to me and made every effort to find the problem with my car. Sport Mazda South has done a great job servicing my car. My most recent service had a repeat of service that was performed 6 months prior. I pointed out this mistake, and the service manager promptly refun My most recent service had a repeat of service that was performed 6 months prior. I pointed out this mistake, and the service manager promptly refunded money for the duplicated service. Julie was a big help also. Very responsive and polite. More
