I came here yesterday after speaking to a representative at Lendward which was a lender I was potentially going to use. From the moment I walked in the door it was a relatively smooth process. Nick was our salesman and I would recommend him 1000x over. Thank you to Ryan the sales manager who was able to get the bank down to no money down and keep my payments down lower than what I ever expected with my credit. They rid my hands of my 2011 Jeep Liberty and put me in a 2018 Honda Civic. No dealership previously could get me into a newer vehicle let alone with no money down. I am forever grateful for the team of people who worked with me yesterday and will be a forever customer at Del Toyota. More

My salesperson and the dealership treated me respectfully and fairly. I purchased the new redesigned Land Cruiser Hybrid. They took a small refundable deposit and guaranteed and followed through that it was and fairly. I purchased the new redesigned Land Cruiser Hybrid. They took a small refundable deposit and guaranteed and followed through that it was mine assuming I liked it after seeing and driving it. No one except me drove it. While based on what I know a lot of purchasers of this vehicle have paid varying markups over MSRP. I did not. I had purchased a car from that vehicle in 1999 and had some service done on that as well. The truck arrived in the NYC port on My 14 after being built in Tokyo. When I went to see it and drive it, it exceeded my expectations which admittedly were high. I had been reading about the process of the truck being something coming soon to the truck I test drive and bought two years later. The individuals I worked with at Del were direct, went beyond in their interest in me personally, planned use of the truck and excitement since several of them also got one from the same delivery through the same deposit process. Like me their expectations were exceeded. All in all, I’m now happy owner of a substantially upgraded truck from what I purchased in 2016 and while on paper it’s a terrific truck but from day one I was sorry I bought it for some reason I can’t really identify exceed to say it never “felt right”. Now thanks to Del and the people I worked with I am thrilled.and confident that I was treated fairly and truly enjoyed working with them. More
