I came in for a general oil change and the tire rotation at Jim Ellis Buick GMC Atlanta. After leaving the dealership, I discovered an oil leak due to improperly sealed components. I was headed on a ministr at Jim Ellis Buick GMC Atlanta. After leaving the dealership, I discovered an oil leak due to improperly sealed components. I was headed on a ministry related business trip and could've been left stranded, had I not made a timely call to the manager. This situation could have resulted in severe motor damage. I'm very disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. While I've had a good experience at Jim Ellis in the past, this has left me seriously reconsidering future visits. More

I called the following day to let them know that, given the high vehicle price, no issues were expected, and I would like to return the vehicle. The Branch Manager and General Manager are scammers. They promised they would fix the issues, but they never did that. They wanted my two days by holding the car and making me be there, but they did nothing. This was totally unexpected from a dealer like this. This was an absolute shock for the vehicle from this dealer. Next vehicle shoppers, please stay away from this dealer if you would like to buy a vehicle with peace in mind. More
