From the moment we walked in we felt very comfortable and relaxed. Larion met with us within a couple minutes and had the vehicle brought around while we chatted for a bit. The vehicle was the cleanest we ha relaxed. Larion met with us within a couple minutes and had the vehicle brought around while we chatted for a bit. The vehicle was the cleanest we had seen and he went over aspects of it and never rushed us at all. While on the test drive he went over the different features and explained the differences in the models we had looked at. Once we were "sitting in the chair" it felt more like 2 friends catching up and never like it was a transaction. Waiting for our turn for financing took its normal delay so we kept chatting until they were ready for us. Another low pressure experience with Mr. Joe getting the best rate available and and terms that worked for us. Once done we walked back out to a big red bow on the hood of my new truck and a photoshoot. The next day Larion sent me a video with music that made me feel like I was a batter walking up to home plate with entrance music. Sometimes its the small things that stand out and make a deal more than worth it. I'd like to thank Larion and the staff at Jim Ellis for a wonderful experience 🙂. More
