Outstanding service by the best customer service department! I have had my Volvo serviced at Prestige Volvo for over 8 years and they have dispersed any misconceptions of car dealers being the too expensive when I have had my Volvo serviced at Prestige Volvo for over 8 years and they have dispersed any misconceptions of car dealers being the too expensive when it comes to car service. Everyone in the service department is helpful, but I would like to commend Patricia Sommerville for her incredible professionalism, expertise, dedication and friendliness. Patricia always seems to go above and beyond to help customers and she is always smiling, no matter what sort of challenges she may be facing. I can go to a service shop closer to my home, but I prefer going out of my way to Prestige because of their unparalleled service. More

Excellent service, patient customer service We have an older XC90 that we want to keep going as long as possible. Prestige Volvo and Patricia Summerville in particular, were very understanding o We have an older XC90 that we want to keep going as long as possible. Prestige Volvo and Patricia Summerville in particular, were very understanding of our goal. She was patient as I did my usual 25 questions about each service, and did her best to get us the right service for us (versus pushing only "standard" services as some dealerships do ). Very nice, very professional and patient. The service manager there, Jay Rosen, has been very helpful to us as well, personally helping us diagnose issues, and, arranging for assistance from Volvo headquarters on repairs. Great dealership. More

Excellence in Service I cannot say enough to praise this hard working group of people. After moving to New Jersey in 2002 I had the luck to need service on one of our cars I cannot say enough to praise this hard working group of people. After moving to New Jersey in 2002 I had the luck to need service on one of our cars and ended up at Prestige Volvo. Best business relationship I could ask for! The team, led by Jay Rosen, and well supported by Patricia as well as others excel at providing excellent customer service. More importantly is the high caliber of Volvo know-how in terms of mechanical service. And to add to all they are well priced providing good value and perfection of product. I have had such a good experience that we have purchased three cars from Prestige Volvo in the interim. A job WELL done! More

Wow, why did I drive an Audi in the past? I had talked to Patricia regarding an issue I was having with the car. She felt that it would be covered by a Volvo extended warranty on the part. I I had talked to Patricia regarding an issue I was having with the car. She felt that it would be covered by a Volvo extended warranty on the part. I got an appointment for the following day. On such short notice, they did not have an available loaner, however that is to be expected. One was offered for later in the week if I wanted to come in at that time. The car was completed at the agreed upon time, vacuumed and washed. The part and labor were covered at no charge. Patricia was extremely polite and helpful. It was a great experience. Kudos to Volvo and to Prestige Motors Now a dig at Audi of America. I have been an owner of multiple Audis over the years. The experience I have had with Audi has been that they and the service advisers at the dealerships will do anything to avoid fixing problems. The Audi dealership will either find nothing wrong for the primary complaint, but their service adviser will find multiple other "non problems" that they would like to perform (for example-- telling me I need new front brakes less than a week after I had my brakes changed by my trusted mechanic). Hmmm. More

I had a scheduled appointment for service on Saturday 2/22 at 8 am. I cannot express how impressed I was with Patricia Somerville the Assistant Service Manager. She knew her job and did it with a smile o 2/22 at 8 am. I cannot express how impressed I was with Patricia Somerville the Assistant Service Manager. She knew her job and did it with a smile on her face even at 8 am. She was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and handling my service. She appeared to really love her job and had a contagious positive attitude. In the end, I had a great customer service experience at Prestige and will recommend it to all.
