The hospitality from everyone was great, while waiting to leave the GM even stopped to inquire about injury and experience. Pricing they told was exactly the same as phone conversation, actually came out lower than I was told. Never felt pressured, I'm looking forward to doing business with them in the future. Would definitely recommend Prestige to friends and Family More

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tina, Lindsay, and Ronnie at Prestige Volvo, and I am beyond thrilled with the experience! From start to finish, this team went above and beyond to ensure Lindsay, and Ronnie at Prestige Volvo, and I am beyond thrilled with the experience! From start to finish, this team went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best possible car-buying experience. I came to Prestige Volvo with a challenging situation: I needed to trade in my Infiniti Q60 Red Sport, which was not only under a mountain of negative equity but also in need of significant repairs. I was bracing myself for a tough negotiation and potential headaches, but Tina, Lindsay, and Ronnie turned it all around. What truly sets this team apart is their dedication to exceeding expectations. They didn't just meet my needs—they anticipated them, handling every obstacle with ease and ensuring that I walked away with a fantastic new Polestar, all while managing to alleviate my concerns about the negative equity and repair costs. In a world where customer service often feels like a lost art, Tina, Lindsay, and Ronnie at Prestige Volvo have restored my faith. If you’re looking for a dealership that combines expertise, empathy, and exceptional service, look no further. This trio is the best of the best, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their help.
