Hello Orlando Bravo handled the service appointment with professionalism and was extremely knowledgeable. I can tell you I have a Black label from Lincoln and they really need to up their game to truly bec professionalism and was extremely knowledgeable. I bought my Sprinter at MB Cutler Bay with David Gaspe and have had it serviced there for the last 2 years. We are always anxious to get service done quickly because we are a transportation company.
