I will never bring my vehicle to this body shop. I came 4 times to pickup my vehicle but found imperfections on the repairs. It took 12 weeks to repair 2 scratches and 1 dent. Extremely lack of communication by the collision center. I had to be calling to know the status of my vehicle. The vehicle was dirty, not washed and battery drained (hybrid) 3 of the 4 times that I came to pick it up. The insurance cover 1 month of rental and the shop did not offer any vehicle after that. I had to request one for the last week of repairs. Excellent example of over promising and under delivering. More
