We live in Alabama and had our eye on a vehicle that we knew we wanted! He worked with us from the time he answered the phone and showed us the vehicle on face time. We arrived at the dealership Saturday a week later and the entire experience was amazing. The planned purchase was for my daughter about to be 16.. and he had a huge bow and plaque with congrats.. HOW SWEET! Michael is your man if you are even thinking about a purchase! So very knowledgable, professional, and all about the best for the customer! The dealership was amazing and everyone we encountered was super professional, courteous and welcoming. Our insurance and finance gentlemen were amazing as well! Thank you all for a great experience! We will definitely be back and spread the word regarding our experience. More

I took my car for service last week within 10 months of having it. My service advisor was Kevin Laplanche who was very pleasant and professional. I especially liked the video sent to me while my car was b having it. My service advisor was Kevin Laplanche who was very pleasant and professional. I especially liked the video sent to me while my car was being inspected and the diagnosis of the tires. I leased my 2023 C300 on February 2024 with 7,964 miles on the car which had been used as a Demo. The only thing I'm not very happy with is the conditions that the tires are in and that the car was leased without replacing the tires or giving me a credit for them. Per the diagnostic test, the tires are already past the half of their lifetime and my lease is for 48 months. I've had the car for less than 1 year and I'm looking at having to replace the tires in probably less than 2 years of having the car. Had I known this at the time of leasing the car, I would not have done it. I'm not vey happy with the service I received during the lease. My rating on the 5 stars is solely for the service I received last week. More

Rene Sanchez in the finance department was equally impressive. He walked me through all the financing options clearly and made the paperwork process smooth and stress-free.
