Last Saturday, my wife was driving the GLE 350 and the front left tire blew out . Call my service rep and he said they had the tire in stock. Mercedes roadside service picked up the car within two hours a front left tire blew out . Call my service rep and he said they had the tire in stock. I recently went to MB of Cutler Bay to have my C300 serviced for my 50,000 servicing. I wanted to take the time to say how impressed I was with the process. First, you are greeted with the red carpet d serviced for my 50,000 servicing. I wanted to take the time to say how impressed I was with the process. First, you are greeted with the red carpet dropping off your vehicle; you get your loaner vehicle, and within a few hours, I receive a text video showing me the professional work being conducted on my car. (WHAT)! So cool. When I picked up my car, it was spotless. The service department is excellent. I cannot say enough good about the process. Thank you! RC More
