Difficult to schedule service because I also needed a Recall addressed, so that requires a phone call rather than online scheduling. Put on hold for way too long, so gave up. Estimate was 2.5 hours, which still seemed long. Still, a decent waiting room while the work was being done, including free WIFI. Just wished the work was done more expeditiously. More
