SO MUCH MORE TO SAY REGARDING MY INITIAL VISIT, BUT FRANKLY I DON'T HAVE THE TIME OR THE ENERGY TO EXPLAIN IT AGAIN. NEEDLESS TO SAY, IT WAS AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I purchased a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe that was listed and documented as “new” with 3 miles. After signing, I found out the car actually had

I purchased a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe that was listed and documented as “new” with 3 miles. After signing, I found out the car actually had nearly 5,000 miles. When I questioned it, the salesperson admitted they “always put 3 miles” on the form and claimed it was part of the discount — but none of that was disclosed ahead of time.
I gave both the dealership and Hyundai corporate a chance to respond. They ignored me. I’ve since filed formal complaints with the Texas Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, and the Better Business Bureau.
I’m still waiting on a fair resolution — whether that’s a refund, replacement, or proper compensation for the misleading sale.
