The team needs to work on managing customer expectations. Do not say a service will be completed at a time that cannot be met. My service was promised to be completed in 2 hrs and it took 4 hrs. The service wasn't even started until 3 hrs after my arrival. I don't mind the additional time, but let me know the true completion time so I can manage my day. More
