If Barry is the other dude who tried to stop us from walking out on Tuesday, didn't care for him; way too pushy. It made my wife uncomfortable and she didn't return Saturday because she didn't want to deal with him. You almost lost our business there. I witnessed the cashier lady raise her voice at Amar because she was frustrated. As a business owner, I would be mortified if my employees acted like that with a customer. Y'all need to streamline your paperwork process. I had to fill out the same info on multiple different forms; that should transfer. I saw Amar have to log into multiple computers, systems, etc. The main desktop should be on and logged in so the E-Delivery process goes smoothly and that info should already be pre-filled from the multiple other times I find the form. I understand the dealership is under construction but for the love of God, keep better track of which lot your cars are at and what you have in stock. Finally, I spent 2 hrs literally just sitting there when I could have been given the warranty information and financial information to review in the meantime, but I had to come back the next day to finish that. It is wholely inefficient. More

I honestly should be leaving a 0 star review, but Barry earned them an extra star. He was professional, knowledgeable about the brand, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. If you’ve ever bought a car, you know the real test comes when you sit down with the finance manager. That’s exactly where everything went downhill. Hischam made what should’ve been a straightforward process feel like a complete money grab. The deal I was presented was outrageous: $10,000 down and $663/month for a lease on a 2026 Kia Sorento LX. For a lease. That’s not just aggressive—that’s borderline insulting. What made it worse wasn’t just the numbers, it was the attitude. Hischam came across as dismissive, unwilling to work with me, and more focused on squeezing every dollar out of the deal than actually helping a customer. After months of trying to work something out, it became clear he had no intention of being flexible or reasonable. They also refused to budge on their $2,000 “Kia package,” which feels like pure profit padding. No effort to waive fees, no creativity in structuring the deal—just take it or leave it. For comparison, I ended up going to a Hyundai dealership (same parent company as Kia), and they were able to put together a far better deal on a similar vehicle without all the games. Hyundai Tucson - $565 Down, $565/month, 36 month, 10K lease, with the same upside down trade in. Bottom line: Barry is great, but the finance experience—specifically dealing with Hischam—completely ruined it. If you’re shopping here, be very cautious once you get to the numbers. More

I signed and agreed to one price after thinking that was the price the whole time it came to the end like 30-40 before getting the vehicle.
