🌟🌟🌟 UPDATE REVIEW JUNE 2026🌟🌟🌟 Well, I'm back again! 😂🚗💨 Less than a year ago, I purchased my 2025 Kia Sportage SX Prestige from Erica, and after only 11 months, I found myself right back a again! 😂🚗💨 Less than a year ago, I purchased my 2025 Kia Sportage SX Prestige from Erica, and after only 11 months, I found myself right back at Greenway Kia North buying another one! ❤️🙌🏽 This time, I drove away in a BEAUTIFUL White 2026 Kia Sportage SX Prestige with the gorgeous red interior I've been wanting! ❤️🔥😍 The best part? Erica already knew me. She already knew exactly what features I wanted, what I liked, and what I wasn't willing to compromise on. 💯👏🏽 At one point, the manager was trying to show me some options that were a little more budget-friendly because I wasn't completely loving the payment. 🤣💸 But my girl Erica already knew what I wanted! 👏🏽😂 She knew I had my heart set on that SX Prestige, and she worked hard to help make it happen. And guess what? THEY DID! 🎉🚗✨ The team worked with me, got me where I needed to be, and helped me drive away in the exact vehicle I wanted. 🙌🏽❤️ I was literally there from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. ⏰😂 But honestly, they treated me so well that I felt like I was the Employee of the Day instead of the customer! 👑🏆🤣 Everyone checked on me, kept me updated, and made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process. That's why I keep coming back. Erica isn't just a salesperson—she's family at this point. ❤️🤗 She is knowledgeable, patient, professional, and she genuinely cares about her customers. Age ain't nothing but a number because this young lady can GET THE JOB DONE! 💪🏽🔥🏆 I've now purchased TWO Sportages from Erica, and I can honestly say she is the only person I'll buy a car from. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to give a huge shoutout to Alex in the Appointment Center at Kia North. I had called several times trying to make an appointment and kept getting transferred to voicemail, disconnected, Appointment Center at Kia North. I had called several times trying to make an appointment and kept getting transferred to voicemail, disconnected, or not reaching the right person. When I finally got Alex on the phone, he tried to transfer me, but when it didn't work, he didn't just send me back through the system. He actually told me, "Give me a second," and walked over to the service department himself to make sure I got connected with someone who could help. What really stood out was that he didn't stop there. He followed up with me afterward to make sure my appointment was scheduled and everything was taken care of. Alex was friendly, genuine, patient, and just easy to talk to. He never made me feel rushed and honestly made a frustrating situation so much easier. By the end of the call, it felt like I was talking to someone I'd known for years. Kia North is lucky to have him. Employees like Alex are hard to find. If you call and get Alex in customer appointments, you're in good hands. He'll make sure it gets done. Thanks again, Alex. You're the man! More

I honestly should be leaving a 0 star review, but Barry earned them an extra star. He was professional, knowledgeable about the brand, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. You can tell he operates with integrity, which unfortunately cannot be said for everyone at this dealership. If you’ve ever bought a car, you know the real test comes when you sit down with the finance manager. That’s exactly where everything went downhill. Hischam made what should’ve been a straightforward process feel like a complete money grab. The deal I was presented was outrageous: $10,000 down and $663/month for a lease on a 2026 Kia Sorento LX. For a lease. That’s not just aggressive—that’s borderline insulting. What made it worse wasn’t just the numbers, it was the attitude. Hischam came across as dismissive, unwilling to work with me, and more focused on squeezing every dollar out of the deal than actually helping a customer. After months of trying to work something out, it became clear he had no intention of being flexible or reasonable. They also refused to budge on their $2,000 “Kia package,” which feels like pure profit padding. No effort to waive fees, no creativity in structuring the deal—just take it or leave it. For comparison, I ended up going to a Hyundai dealership (same parent company as Kia), and they were able to put together a far better deal on a similar vehicle without all the games. Hyundai Tucson - $565 Down, $565/month, 36 month, 10K lease, with the same upside down trade in. Bottom line: Barry is great, but the finance experience—specifically dealing with Hischam—completely ruined it. If you’re shopping here, be very cautious once you get to the numbers. More

He is a terrible sales manager and need to find a new job or his boss need to know.what he is doing and how he acts towards customers. He acts like he is better then everyone and flat out tells customers tha or his boss need to know.what he is doing and how he acts towards customers. He acts like he is better then everyone and flat out tells customers that they lie his sales team talk bad about him and have to apologize for the way he acts just to save a sale. Please word of advice cooperate management needs to investigate his ability to be a manager. I will tell everyone that I know not to ever deal with this company until he is gone. More
