Jennifer immediately greeted me at my car and introduced herself. Explained what was going on And what I knew was wrong with it. She followed up with me the next day about it and I was not 100% with the pho herself. Explained what was going on And what I knew was wrong with it. Called me back and gave me a much better outcome and I pitched my car up! More

I was a few minutes late -as always, but the gentleman accepted me with a smile and was sincerely happy to help me. Friendly, fast,efficient -they broke as lug nut bolt and automatically fixed it, and tol accepted me with a smile and was sincerely happy to help me. Friendly, fast,efficient -they broke as lug nut bolt and automatically fixed it, and told me about it being the reason why an oil change & tire rotation was taking so long. I Think I even took a nap and if I snored, no one laughed or was rude, it was awesome. The waiting area had free wi-fi, snacks and drinks. This is my first time EVER BUYING CAR on my own from its dealership and first time having maintenance done at dealership. I'm so thankful More

Great customer service by Luis Rolon who greeted me and explained everything he was going to do for my car. He kept me informed of how the service area was doing and also gave me information on what would explained everything he was going to do for my car. The diagnostic charge is ridiculous! I had to pay $300 because my car wouldn’t start, just to be told that my car didn’t start. The claim is that the tech needs to he paid for the hour. So it took the tech an hour to look under the hood and see that my starter went and possibly hook up an OBD2? Get real. Couldnt even offer a break off the price either. KIA is terrible, which is probably why there are so many class action lawsuits and recalls. I will never buy another KIA and have to deal with their rip off service charges. More
