I thought the sales staff and Christian were very helpful in finding the vehicle that I wanted. It took a little longer than I expected but I do love my Santa Fe. The only thing I had issue with was how lon in finding the vehicle that I wanted. It took a little longer than I expected but I do love my Santa Fe. The only thing I had issue with was how long it took to get the interest rate and the amount I wanted to pay for my vehicle. I knew exactly what interest rate I qualified for and I knew the amount I needed to finance to get the payment I wanted. All in all I am happy. More

Would like to speak to someone. I communicated the second day of taking home the vehicle that there was an issue with the suspension. I have not heard anything and big star Cadillac. Has told me that big star hyundai is denying the repair. More

We purchased our 2024 Santa Cruz because of both Nick & Brandon. Their was no pressure from either of these fine young men & they answered all of our questions with great respect & understanding for the f Brandon. Their was no pressure from either of these fine young men & they answered all of our questions with great respect & understanding for the fact that, at our age, we are most definitely not tech savvy. While waiting for the long process of seeing a finance person, both men kept checking in with us,which we appreciated greatly!!! It might be a good idea to have these two young men teach others how to treat your older customers!!! More

Adrian & Nick were a blessing in disguise honestly. I was in a wreck the week before and my partner & I were in a rush to get a solid, safe family vehicle.
