Hatfield Buick GMC Service Department is extremely Professional and Polite. They have continuously met my needs on all of my GM Vehicles, even though they service all brands of vehicles. I have been u Professional and Polite. They have continuously met my needs on all of my GM Vehicles, even though they service all brands of vehicles. I have been using them as my exclusive Service Department since 2018. Even though the Service Department is closed on the weekends I have never had an issue scheduling an appointment that was convenient for me. They even offer Shuttle Service when repairs are going to take a while. For those days when I'm waiting for a quick service, they have a very comfortable waiting area with a TV, Cell Phone charging station as well as complimentary Refrigerated Water and Coffee/Tea. Overall, a great team, and would recommend them time and time again. More

Consider closing at 6pm instead of 5pm for your customers that WORK. My brand new $80 grand Buick leaked oil all over my driveway because whoever did the initial "free" service was SLOPPY and spilled oil EVE that WORK.
