I scheduled an appointment Saturday morning came to the dealership needed an oil change, tire rotation and a recall and the service advisor Nicholas McAnderson helped me serviced my Dodge Durango and took dealership needed an oil change, tire rotation and a recall and the service advisor Nicholas McAnderson helped me serviced my Dodge Durango and took care of everything and ready to go. When, I first pulled up into the service center it was very congested, with a lot of care reversing and moving about. It was very confusing as to where I should be to receive service. I eventually pull in very congested, with a lot of care reversing and moving about. It was very confusing as to where I should be to receive service. I eventually pull in and spoke to a service attendant. I was referred to ask for Nick McAnderson at first the attendant said he was busy but then Nick came out to assist me. We briefly discuss who referred me to him and then I told him the situation regarding my transmission service warning came on and he proceeded to tell me what this could possibly mean. We went inside to discuss further. Nick did a diagnostic on my Jeep and walked me through it. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and reassuring. I asked how long it would take to service the vehicle and I told him normally the wait wouldn't be a factor because I was working remote, however I had to go into the office for a meeting. He arranged shuttle service for me to go to the office and come back to pick me up after the meeting. That was such a god send. By the time I got back, Road Dog was finished and ready to go. It was an easy breezy transaction. Nick was excellent and took great care of me. I highly recommended Nick and Arrigo to my Jeep group because we all know sometimes dealership experiences can be awful. Nick really changed my view considerably. More
