I brought my vehicle in around 1:00 PM for an oil change and to have my tail light and turn signal replaced. I even rented a car from the Enterprise next door so the shop could also inspect a squeaking nois and to have my tail light and turn signal replaced. Before I left they had already begun installing the lights which was a good sign, I left a short while after. I called the shop multiple times the following day and received no response. When I finally came back in person at about 1 PM at what I believe was a reasonable amount of time for the work to be completed I was told that only the lights had been replaced. The oil change was not done, and the squeaking issue was never checked. As a result, I unnecessarily rented a car and left my vehicle overnight for work that was not completed as requested. Truly terrible service, will never come back. More
