I was surprised that there was no car wash included when the car was returned to me. I have always received a clean vehicle when it returns from the dealership service department. Natalie, the service agent the car was returned to me. I have always received a clean vehicle when it returns from the dealership service department. Natalie, the service agent, was great though and explained everything to me. Having some phone chargers near or at the seats (like they now have at most airports) would be super appreciated for those customers who choose to wait for their vehicles. The coffee bar was nice. More

No one clearly explained there would not be an oil change; when I asked about it afterwards I was condescendingly told that she had explained it prior to the service. Whether or not she had mentioned change; when I asked about it afterwards I was condescendingly told that she had explained it prior to the service. Whether or not she had mentioned it at the start of the service she had no call to be rude about it later. It is an entirely new thing for trucks to not have 5k oils changes. More
