I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. One of the biggest things I notice when I walk into a place is cleanliness. And Klaben Ford is always clean no matter what time of year I’m there. Everyone is friendly and someone is always ready to help you. I have been doing business with Klaben for 6 years now and have been very pleased working with Terry Baughman. He always does the work for me and finds the deals he knows I’m looking for, and covers everything with you before you leave. He even syncs your phone with the vehicle for you so you don’t have to try and figure it out. I’m a basic kind of person and only asked for 2 things as must haves on my vehicle and I got it plus a whole lot more! Thank you Terry! More

Everything went smoothly this time, however, they said they washed my Explorer. I guess they forgot to wash the back of it. The window and trunk area were just as snow and mud covered as when I dropped they washed my Explorer. I guess they forgot to wash the back of it. Favorite service story of her exemplifies the Klaben spirit. I had a service app. scheduled and although I showed up at the right time, I happened to be two days early. Truck was fixed, all was well, and I realized what I had done! Mona hadn't said a word, never got frustrated with me, just made it happen! At checkout time, I apologized, and she said "its ok, we do what we can, yer fine". The service like that on a busy day is remarkable. Klaben has a tremendous staff. More
