The omission of this expected added value forces me to re-evaluate my service choices. With several convenient oil change providers within a five-mile radius of my home, I have to ask: What is the compelling reason for me to drive 20 miles and 25 minutes of my time, to your service center if the promised value-added services are not consistently delivered? She didn’t explain the maintenance items clearly to me, and I didn’t hear it. But she claims she did, even though she never asked me to confirm or agree.
