All but two of my Explorers since they were introduced in the early '90s came from Koons. Service on all of the vehicles was done at Koons. The only reason I didn't buy the other two there was they couldn't the early '90s came from Koons. Service on all of the vehicles was done at Koons. The only reason I didn't buy the other two there was they couldn't get the one I wanted. The reason I had/have them all serviced at Koons is because they provide excellent service. Mike Treas has been my Service Rep for the last three Explorers and is always thinking about what's best for his customers. More

attention to detail was lacking. scheduling was an issue to return the car. Spoke with rep last night and he said I was going to be first to be picked up by the shuttle. I actually was able to arrange a ride to pick the car up and the rep said that they were about to send the guys out with my car to be delivered. rotated tires, but the tire pressure alarm was going off.
