I arrived at the dealership without an appointment because my battery had died. They got my car in and replaced the battery, and checked to be sure that was the only thing wrong. Dealership was great. However, about a week before we got the car inspected we received an ad from Kenny Ross Ford offering oil, filter and tire rotation for $80.
