It sucked that I had to wait 3 hours, but there are processes in place and when Ed was updated I was also promptly updated. There was no pressure to do any more than what I came in for, except my insp processes in place and when Ed was updated I was also promptly updated. There was no pressure to do any more than what I came in for, except my inspection since it was done at the end of the month, but once I said no there wasn't even a second ask. The waiting room is also great with any type of coffee may want/need and doughnuts to keep things sweet. Definitely a dealership I'm glad to have purchased from with the support and peace of mind they give me. I worked with Ed this time, Mike last time and I assume everyone else is just as good. More
