I always appreciate how well Kenny Ross makes drop off for service easy. They are always prompt with keeping you informed about what is going on with your vehicle and the staff is always very friendly. Th for service easy. They only forgot to do one thing that was checked off on drop off card but we didn’t discuss it previously with them so I am sure it was an oversight.
