This dealership realized they didn't have a second key/fob for my car that I JUST PAID CASH FOR! After multiple tries they couldn't produce a second key/fob. They REFUSED to refund my money even thoug key/fob for my car that I JUST PAID CASH FOR! After multiple tries they couldn't produce a second key/fob. They REFUSED to refund my money even though I PAID IN CASH for a brand new car that ONLY HAD 8 MILES ON IT! Without a second key/fob it made it IMPOSSIBLE TO TAKE THE CARE ON TRIPS! They were rude and DID NOT CARE! More

Head to another dealership. Predatory sales team which lacks customer focus. It’s too bad this dealership reinforces the unethical stereotype of car sales. More
