Salesperson tells me about a "deal" at last possible minute, literally in the evening after I had already gotten a certified check; seems disingenuous really. I filled out their "Title Instructions" for minute, literally in the evening after I had already gotten a certified check; seems disingenuous really. I filled out their "Title Instructions" form which they completely ignored; thry charged us the DMV fee and did the title "their" way. Now we have to spend another fee to get it redone. Really disappointing lease end experience. Expected better from Rallye. More

Cris is like a sleazy auto dealer. Super rude, someone who has never learnt nothing about customer service. I had taken my car for the check engine light that appeared on my dash. I Super rude, someone who has never learnt nothing about customer service. I had taken my car for the check engine light that appeared on my dash. I had a platinum warranty, the highest in all warranty options.for upto 100000 miles, sold by the dealership to me . He took my car in and then few hours later told me that the car saying that it will cost me $300 to run a diagnostic, which i reluctantly agreed to. Because that was supposed to be a paid by the warranty. To add insult to injury he came back telling me that he couldn’t find the problem in the $300 diagnostic,now he would have to deep dive and run a more thorough diagnostic and I have to come up with another $1000 , yes $1300 diagnostic to just find what the problem was, before any work could be started. Classic bait and switch. My local mechanic ran a computer check and come with the problem for $75. He told me that the warranty will cover it. He also told me to go back to the dealership for the repairs and the warranty would cover it. To cut the long story short. I worked with another repair advisor and sure enough, everything was covered including the “diagnostic”. All I paid for was my $100 deductible. If u ever have anything to be done at this dealership (rallley).make sure u avoid Cris like a plague.he is a liar and a cheat. More

There could be better communication to the buyer concerning the long process in receiving the automobile and even more communication to explain the e There could be better communication to the buyer concerning the long process in receiving the automobile and even more communication to explain the extremely long process to receive out of state plates-its unfortunate that there wasn't anyone who could explain why the process takes so long or to indicate (pror to the sale) that it will DEFINITELY take MORE than 30 days, your temporary license WILL expire & there isn't anything the buyer can do but wait. More
