I fully appreciated Michael's help in having my engine oil and filter replaced after only 810 miles distance from the prior replacement. He fully understood my concern. The replacement will definitely hel oil and filter replaced after only 810 miles distance from the prior replacement. He fully understood my concern. The replacement will definitely help me monitor the visual soot level weekly now; the amount surprised me since I have had many oil replacements completed there at the dealership. I mentioned to Michael that it was possible.the prior oil filter was not replaced, which happened to me once in the past there at the dealership. I worked to convey to Michael that I appreciated his attention and help (he was very gracious about it), being able to fit it into the technician's work at the moment, and that I certainly didn't want to be a bother that day. Please pass my sincere thanks to Michael and to the technician whose production I interrupted. Know that I appreciate Norm Reeves' service area being available when I need help.
