Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear your service was fast, but we’re sorry for any frustration regarding the recall repairs and the complimentary car wash. Regarding the recall, we are at the mercy of part availability from the manufacturer. When parts are not immediately available, it can sometimes push the repair out several weeks or longer. We apologize if we didn’t communicate that clearly during your visit. As for the car wash, there are times when it’s down for maintenance or unavailable due to very cold weather. Our wash does not have a dryer, and washing vehicles in freezing conditions can cause doors to freeze shut, so we avoid doing so for safety reasons. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve communication with our customers. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I haven't had a bad experience with Lake Ford. Micah is accommodating as much as he can be. Sometimes he talks too fast and I have to catch up. Overall, I am satisfied with customer service. More
