Vehicle was supposed to be detailed. It was not. There was white gravel dust hardened inside the wheels and gravel dust throughout the entire undercarriage and engine bay. When I purchas It was not. There was white gravel dust hardened inside the wheels and gravel dust throughout the entire undercarriage and engine bay. When I purchased the vehicle it stated the oil was changed and all lights were operational. The oil life reminder was not reset and the registration lamp was full of water and defective. If a vehicle is inspected and the oil changed how can these be overlooked? What else was overlooked on the vehicle. If these simple items weren't completed that highly reduces my confidence in the inspection and service process at Lake Ford More

The entire team went above and beyond to make sure we found the right truck at the right price, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Josh Overlee was absolutely wonderful to work with. He took the time to listen to exactly what we were looking for, answered all of our questions, and helped us find an F-150 that checked all the boxes for our family. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured or rushed. We also worked with Ryan Heine, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He worked hard to make the numbers work for us and made sure we felt comfortable and confident with the purchase. We really appreciated how straightforward, personable, and accommodating he was. Brock Ellerson in the service department also deserves a huge shoutout! He was extremely helpful and made sure everything with the truck was taken care of. It’s clear that the customer service at Lake Ford doesn’t end once the paperwork is signed—they truly care about making sure you’re happy with your vehicle afterward, too. What stood out most was how genuinely everyone seemed to care about finding the best option for us, rather than simply selling us a vehicle. Buying a truck is a big purchase, and Josh, Ryan, and Brock made the entire experience smooth, comfortable, and actually enjoyable. Ed absolutely loves his F-150, and we feel great about the vehicle and the deal we received. We would absolutely recommend Lake Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle—especially if you’re in the market for a truck. Ask for Josh and Ryan, and know that you’ll be in great hands with Brock in service as well! Five stars all around. We’ll definitely be back! More

From start to finish, we felt like everyone genuinely cared about getting us into the right vehicles for Lake Ford and cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, we felt like everyone genuinely cared about getting us into the right vehicles for our family and our situation—not just making a sale. Our salesman, Josh Overlee, was phenomenal. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, patient, and attentive to every single detail. He worked hard to make sure we got the best vehicle at the best price and made the entire process so easy. It was the little things that really stood out, too—even down to Josh taking the time to clean my license plate holder before putting it on my new car. That small gesture says so much about the level of care he puts into his customers! We also had the pleasure of working with Ryan Heine, who was fantastic throughout the entire process.
